Service Agreement

1. General Terms

By scheduling a service with Daily Details, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to establish clear expectations between the client and the company.

2. Service Area & Requirements

-Daily Details provides mobile detailing services throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas.
-Clients must ensure that the service location provides access to both a water connection and a standard electrical outlet. If these are not available, service may be declined.

3. Payment & Pricing

-All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable HST.
-Payment is required immediately upon completion of the service.
-Accepted payment methods include cash and e-transfer.
-Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or other unexpected conditions. These will be discussed with the client prior to service or upon discovery.
-Travel or location-based fees may apply depending on accessibility and distance. Any such charges will be disclosed in advance.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

-A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
-Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in denial of future service.
-Daily Details reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events.
-Clients will be notified as early as possible if changes to their appointment are necessary.

5. Liability & Damages

-Clients are responsible for removing all valuables from the vehicle prior to service. The company is not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
-Daily Details is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint defects, upholstery tears, or stains.

6. Service Limitations

-While we aim for exceptional results, certain stains, odors, or damage (e.g., deep scratches) may not be completely removed.
-Severely neglected vehicles or those with excessive pet hair or dirt may require additional time and incur extra fees.
-Our detailing services do not include mechanical work or body repairs.

8. Agreement & Acceptance

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the above terms. Daily Details reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice.
